Beacon isn’t an expense - it’s a reallocation of parking revenue into loyalty and guest experience. Instead of sinking money into booths, gates, or extra staff, you’re investing in a system that pays for itself while driving repeat visits and higher in-park spend.
There are three ways to structure Beacon:
Revenue Share – We take a small percentage of what you’re already making from parking.
Price Adjustment – Keep your base rate and add $1–$2 to cover Beacon, turning parking into a profit center without reducing margins.
Transaction Fee – Like Uber’s checkout fee, guests pay a small surcharge on top of the listed price, ensuring you keep your margins intact while covering Beacon.
In every model, Beacon only works if you win. Our incentives are aligned - we grow when you do.

You decide who qualifies. Beacon integrates directly with your POS and validates those guests on arrival—no staff involvement required.
You can also pre-sell parking during checkout or include it as a free perk inside bundles like passes and cabanas. Everything is tracked in real time from a single dashboard.

Beacon enforcement is built for scale. One roving FTE uses the Enforcer App to scan plates, log violations, and ensure compliance across the lot. Live parks capture ~98% of payments, matching or exceeding gated systems.
Unlike gates, enforcement is proactive and visible. Staff patrols deter misuse, reduce incidents, and improve guest safety. They can also support guest-facing duties like bag checks and wayfinding, maximizing labor efficiency.
For violators, enforcement follows a clear path: friendly reminders for first-time offenders, escalating only when needed. For repeat offenders, Beacon supports windshield-mounted immobilizers (Barnacle) to fully protect revenue while keeping the process guest-friendly.

Because Beacon doesn’t rely on gates, kiosks, or on-site hardware, it can handle unlimited arrivals at once - ensuring smooth, consistent operations.
